Breguet Empire travelling clock circa 1918

Superb and exceptionally preserved gilt brass travelling clock with quarter repeater and alarm.
Empire-style case with four caryatids, corniches carved with foliage decoration, glazed on four sides and the top.
Gilt dial with black enamel numerals.
Eight day, rectangular movement, two train, silence and sonnerie lever.
Original Breguet travelling box and original winding key.
Dimensions: 150 x 85 x 78 mm (handle up).
Movement signed Breguet and numbered.

According to the Breguet Patrimony, this clock was sold on January 5, 1918 to Mr Desgraux for the sum of 600 Francs.
