Very rare and large platinum and diamond-set wristwatch, white dial with black geometric lines.
Manual winding movement Cal. 2001.
Diameter: 35mm.
Case, movement, dial, suede bracelet and platinum pin buckle signed Audemars Piguet.

Provenance:
Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi ordered this watch new on 17th September 1958 through Vacheron Constantin, which was later kept by his daughter Princess Shahnaz Pahlavi and her husband His Excellency Ardeshir Zahedi.

Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was an avid collector of Audemars Piguet watches since the 50’s.
According to the AP chronicle: “Since the 1950s, Vacheron Constantin had been distributing the Audemars Piguet brand and enjoyed good relations with the Shah’s court”.
